Who I am
Nina Walters & Co. is a leadership development advisory and coaching practice based in San Francisco, California. In this policy, “I,” “me,” and “my” mean Nina Walters & Co. If you have a question about your information, email nina@ninawaltersco.com.
What I collect
Information you give me: your name and email when you sign up for a free tool, newsletter, or assessment results; details you share when you book a call or buy a product; and anything you write to me.
Purchase information: payments are handled by Stripe, Gumroad, and Paperbell. I see your name, email, and what you bought. I never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser, and your approximate location. This comes from website analytics and, if you allow them, advertising cookies and pixels.
The manager assessment
Your answers are scored in your browser and are not stored. If you choose to email yourself your results, I save your name, email, and a short summary of your result (for example, which area to start with). I don’t save your individual answers, and nothing is ever shared with your employer.
How I use it
To send what you asked for, like a checklist or your results. To send emails you signed up for, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. To run bookings, coaching, and purchases. To understand what’s useful on this site and improve it. To measure and show ads for my products, if you’ve allowed advertising cookies. And to meet legal or tax obligations.
Services I use
Framer (website and analytics), Google Analytics (website analytics), Kit (email), Paperbell and Calendly (booking), Stripe and Gumroad (payments and digital products), Zoom and Google Workspace (sessions and scheduling), and advertising tools from Meta and Pinterest when they’re turned on. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and pixels
Some cookies are needed for the site to work. Others, like the Meta Pixel and Pinterest Tag, help me see which ads lead to signups or purchases and let me show my ads to people who’ve visited. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, change your choice in your browser settings, or adjust your ad preferences on Meta and Pinterest.
What I don’t do
I don’t sell your personal information. I don’t share your information with your employer. I don’t use what you share in coaching for marketing. Coaching confidentiality is covered in your coaching agreement.
How long I keep it
I keep your information while you’re subscribed or a client, and as long as needed for tax and legal records. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, download, or delete your information, and you can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email. Depending on where you live, including California, the EU, and the UK, you may have additional rights. Email nina@ninawaltersco.com and I’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for working adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will also be shared by email with subscribers.
