The short version
Use what’s here to lead well. Don’t resell or republish my materials. The tools and coaching support your judgment; they don’t replace legal, HR, or medical advice. If something isn’t working, email me and I’ll make it right.
Agreement
By using ninawaltersco.com or buying a product from Nina Walters & Co., you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or products.
Not professional advice
Everything on this site, in the tools, and in sessions is educational and based on my experience. It is not legal, HR compliance, financial, medical, or mental health advice. Coaching is not therapy. For performance plans, terminations, layoffs, scheduling rules, or anything legal, follow your company’s process and local employment law, and involve HR or a lawyer.
The manager assessment
The assessment is a self-reflection tool, not a validated psychological or employment assessment. Use it to think about your own development. Don’t use it to make hiring, promotion, pay, or discipline decisions about anyone else.
Digital products and your license
When you buy a kit, guide, or tool, you get a personal license for one person. You can print it, fill it in, and use it with your own team. You can’t resell it, post it publicly, share the files outside your team, or use it in paid training or consulting without a team license. To use the materials across a group of managers or a company, ask about a team license.
Purchases and refunds
Digital products are delivered right away, so all sales are final. If a file doesn’t arrive, won’t open, or isn’t what was described, email me within 14 days and I’ll fix it or refund you. Purchases made through a platform like Gumroad are also covered by that platform’s terms.
Coaching and advisory work
Coaching packages, strategy sessions, and work with organizations are covered by a separate agreement or proposal that you’ll receive before we start. That agreement covers scheduling, payment, refunds, and confidentiality, and it controls if it differs from these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and in my products, including text, tools, frameworks, and designs, belongs to Nina Walters & Co. and is protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with credit and a link back.
Other websites
This site links to services like Kit, Paperbell, Calendly, Gumroad, and Substack. I’m not responsible for their content or practices.
No guarantees
I put real care into this work, but I can’t promise specific results. The site and products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Nina Walters & Co. isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid me in the 12 months before it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
